Program Description
Amitrace Computer Systems, Inc. (“Amitrace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS messaging program that supports one-on-one business communications with customers, prospects, and partners. Through this program we may send sales updates, project communications, support follow-up, scheduling notifications, and similar business messages.
Opt-In and Consent
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Amitrace in any of the following ways:
- Providing your mobile number on a form on www.amitrace.com and checking the SMS consent box.
- Providing your mobile number directly to an Amitrace team member and confirming that you wish to receive text messages.
- Replying to an initial verification message from Amitrace with a confirming response.
By opting in you consent to receive text messages from Amitrace at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Amitrace.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Most subscribers receive only occasional messages directly related to active projects, quotes, or support requests.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Amitrace does not charge a fee for the SMS messages themselves.
Opt-Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. The mobile number you provide will be used only to send the messages you have opted in to receive and to support related business communications. Your mobile number will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
