We are excited to welcome you to the newly renovated and updated College of Media and Communications studios in Whiting Hall at Savannah State University. Join us to see the upgrades to the two video studios including first of it's kind cameras along with the two new podcast studios featuring the VidPOD.
In addition to the Open House, there is a special professional development opportunity for educators:
- 2:00 - 2:30pm - CMAC Tour with Dean Marshall
- Learn about the teaching philosphy of the CMAC, What students can expect, and see the newly renovated facilities
- 2:45 - 3:15pm - CMAC Student Panel
- Learn about the CMAC student experience from the students. Hear their stories to prepare your students for their successes in college.
- 3:30- 4pm - Ask The Professors
- What do students need to be successful? How can we better prepare them? You have questions, they have answers.
