These vendors process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.
  • School districts and other customers: where we are providing services to a customer, we share project-related information with that customer’s authorized representatives.
  • Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Amitrace, our customers, or others.
